Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and delivery charges are shown excluding VAT, and UK VAT is added in the basket and at checkout.
Large equipment and chemical products may have separate delivery requirements. If an item needs special handling we will tell you before dispatch.
Returns
If something is not right, contact us as soon as possible so we can give you the correct returns process. Please do not return equipment before speaking to us. Items should be unused and in their original packaging unless faulty. Chemical products can only be returned if sealed and unopened.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Trade customers should also refer to our terms and conditions.
