These terms apply to orders placed with JetStock Supplies Ltd (“JetStock”) through this website. JetStock supplies products to businesses and trade customers.
Trade supply and prices
Prices are trade prices shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added in the basket and at checkout at the prevailing rate. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders, for example where stock is unavailable or details cannot be verified.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. Title to goods passes to you on full payment.
Delivery and returns
See our delivery and returns page. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price of the goods ordered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
